For years, I was the woman who looked put-together but felt hollow.

I knew how to achieve… but not how to feel. My relationships were strained. My connection to my body was nonexistent. I was in a constant state of “go-go-go”.

Turns out that high-functioning is just a socially accepted term for dissociation.

I decided to walk away from the life that looked safe but felt small (the successful business, the image, the “good girl” performance) and devoted myself to becoming a woman who owns her power. I spent a year traveling through Southeast Asia, diving deep into Taoism, Tantra, Sacred Sexuality and Somatic practices.

This work didn’t just change my life.
It gave me one.
